What is Jai Jawan Jai Kisan?
"Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" (Hail the Soldier, Hail the Farmer) is a patriotic slogan given by Lal Bahadur Shastri, India’s second Prime Minister, in 1965. It was aimed at motivating both:
