TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Definition
- “Referrer” shall mean an existing ClearTax user who shares their unique link during the campaign period.
- “Referee” shall be the individual who e-files their original tax return for FY 18-19 & FY 19-20 on ClearTax, after clicking on the link shared by the referrer. The referee must not have filed/signed-up on ClearTax with their PAN/Email previously i.e the referee must be a new user to ClearTax.
- “Campaign Period” shall mean the period commencing from Nov 20, 2020 to Jan 10, 2021, both days inclusive.
- “Reward” shall mean PayTM Cash credited to referrer/referee by ClearTax.
- Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions
- ClearTax may modify reward for the referrer and/or referee, during the campaign period without prior notification.
- Applicable referrer/referee reward within the campaign period is as per below table
- Referrer/referee are eligible for reward only when the referee finishes their Tax Filing on ClearTax during the referral period, using referrer’s unique link.
- Reward will be credited to the referrer/referee at the rate prevailing as on the date of completion of filing the return by referee. (refer table above)

- The referrer will earn reward only for the first 30 referees who finish e-Filing on ClearTax using their link.
- In case the referee opts in for ClearTax assisted services, the referrer/referee shall not be eligible for any reward.
- Chartered Accountants and tax professionals are not eligible to participate in this offer.
- ClearTax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these offer terms or to replace wholly or in the amount of the reward(s) and discontinue the offer completely, at any time without any prior written notice and without any liability.
- ClearTax reserves the right to disqualify any user from the benefits of the referral program, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the referral program or for any reason whatsoever.
- Any query/ issue in relation to referral amount shall be addressed to support@cleartax.in during the offer period. Post such date Cleartax will not entertain any communication regarding this referral scheme
- These offer terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
- Any person availing this scheme will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
- ClearTax may modify reward for the referrer/referee, during the campaign period without prior notification.
- *Bonus Award – Terms & Conditions
- A referrer who refers 30 successful referees or more will stand a chance to win an iPhone 12 Mini and a referrer who refers 15 successful referrers are more will stand a chance to win an Alexa Echo Dot.
- The lucky winners will be announced via an email. Ten lucky users will be awarded Alexa Echo Dot and one user will be awarded an iPhone 12 Mini.
- Bonus rewards will be distributed post 10 Jan 2021.
- Every successful referee will get an assured reward of ₹50 PayTM cash on successful filing. Also, five lucky referees will win an Alexa Echo.
