Objectives of Telangana Indiramma Indlu Housing Scheme 2024

The Telangana Indiramma Indlu 2024 scheme is a housing accommodation initiative undertaken by the State Government. Its objective is to provide eligible applicants with a 250-square-yard plot of land and financial assistance of Rs. 5 lakh to facilitate the construction of their own homes.

• Free land or site for home construction to people who do not have land.
• Financial aid of Rs. 5 lakh for the construction of houses for eligible homeless people.
• A 250 square meter of housing land or site for Telangana movement fighters or activists.

Besides the above benefits, here are some other benefits of the TS Indiramma Indlu Housing Scheme 2024:

• There is a provisional agreement to allocate 3,500 houses to each constituency of Telangana. 
• The Chief Minister of Telangana is involved with the official draft of norms and regulations governing the gradual release of cash.
• Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, there will be engineering wings in various departments, under the supervision of District Collectors, to facilitate the construction of houses.

Here are the eligibility criteria applicable to the Indiramma Housing Scheme. 

• An applicant has to be a resident of Telangana. 
• Applicant’s family should belong to a low-income group, particularly Dalits, tribal, minority and weaker sections of the society.
• Applicant’s family must not own a home in India. 
• Applicant’s family should have participated in the Telangana movement to apply for the 250 square metre land or site.

Step 1: Visit the Municipal Corporation, Gram Sabha or Gram Panchayat office. 

Step 2: Obtain the Telangana Indiramma Housing Scheme application. Alternatively, you can also download the application from the Praja Palana website. 

Step 3: Fill out the application form and attach the required details.

Step 4: Submit the application form to the Municipal Corporation, Gram Sabha or Gram Panchayat office.
