I. National Voters' Servie Portal

Step 1: Visit the ‘Search Your Name in Voter List’ page.

Step 2: Select ‘Search by Details’ or ‘Search by Mobile’.

Step 3:  Enter the required details.  

Step 4: Click ‘Search’.

Step 5: The voter details will be displayed on the screen. Click on ‘View Details’ under the ‘Action’ column to view all details of your Voter ID card.

II. Voter Helpline App

Step 1: Download and open the Voter Helpline App.

Step 2: Tap on ‘Electoral Search’. 

Step 3: Click ‘Search by Personal Details’, and enter the required details. 

The details will be displayed on the screen.

You may call the Voter Helpline number 1950 and enquire about your EPIC details. 

Form 8: Voter ID Details Correction Request Form

Step 2: Click on the ‘Form 8’ option under the ‘Correction of Entries’ tab. 

Step 3: Select ‘Self’. Click ‘Submit’.

Step 4: Your Voter details will be displayed. Click ‘OK’. 

Step 5: Next, select the ‘Correction of Entries in Existing Electoral Roll’ and click ‘Ok’.

Step 6: The State, District and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency to which you belong will be auto-filled. Verify the same and click ‘Next’. 

Step 7: Select the details to be changed in your Voter ID, such as name change, gender, date of birth, relation type, relatives’ name, mobile number or photo. 

Step 8: Upload the supporting document proof for the requested change. 

Step 9: Enter the declaration and captcha code and click ‘Preview and Submit’. Preview the filled Form 8 and click ‘Submit’.

II. Changing Address in Voter ID Card

The process to change address in Voter ID card involves selecting the address change option, entering your new address details, and uploading valid address proof. The new address can be within or outside assembly constituency.
