Step 4: Select ‘OK’ once your voter details are displayed on the screen.

Step 6: The ‘State, District and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency’ to which you belong will be auto-filled. Check the details and click ‘Next’. 

Step 7: Provide your Aadhaar number, email and mobile number and click ‘Next’. 

Step 8: Select the detail that requires corrections or changes. In this case, you need to click on the ‘Name’ tab.

Step 9: Enter the name and the supporting documents required for the name change.

Step 10: Upload the supporting document and click ‘Next’.

Step 11: Fill in the declaration, enter the captcha code and click ‘Submit’.
