Step 1: Sign up or log in on the Voters’ Service Portal using mobile OTP verification.

Step 2: Select Form 8 under the ‘Correction of Entries’ option on the main page.

Step 6: Provide the user's email and mobile number and click ‘Next’

Step 7: Enter the address and the supporting documents required for the address change.

Step 8: Upload the supporting document and click ‘Next’.

Step 9: Fill in the declaration, enter the captcha code and click ‘Submit’

Once you go through the above steps, the ECI (Election Commission of India) will process your request. A reference number will be generated for tracking the application status.
