Card Theft
In case your card is stolen or has been lost, you can call the toll-free numbers 1800 180 1290 or 1800 11 1109, or the toll-free mobile number 94491 12211.

As an alternative to calling the above-mentioned numbers, you can also prefix your local STD code and dial the number 39 02 02 02. This will lead you to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which will instruct you to dial ‘2’ to report your card as stolen or lost.
Card Being Blocked Due to Suspicious Activity
If your card is blocked due to the detection of suspicious activity or because you reported an unauthorised transaction, you can re-activate it by calling the customer service centre at 1860 180 1290 or 3902 0202.
Card Being Blocked due to Overutilisation
Your card may be blocked for further usage if you have exhausted the credit limit assigned to your card. To unblock your card, you need to immediately make the payment on your SBI Credit Card to bring your balance below your assigned credit limit. You can make a payment from this page.
To know your available limit, send an SMS to 5676791 with the text AVAIL XXXX (XXXX=last four digits of your SBI Credit Card). On the other hand, you need to send an SMS to 5676791 with the text BAL XXXX (XXXX=last four digits of your SBI Credit Card) to know your total outstanding.
