Taxpayers can login to the Self Help Portal available at https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/ to report issues of the GST system. This portal is live since 22nd January 2018.

The GST Network (GSTN) provides the helpline number for reporting and resolving issues pertaining to the GST portal.

Before the introduction of the GST selfhelp portal, there was an email address available for raising requestions or lodging complaints for issues pertaining to the GST portal.

However, it is longer being used as there is a dedicated selfhelp portal where taxpayers can raise tickets for lodging complaints. They can track their case status as well.
https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/, also known as the Grievance Redressal Portal for GST, is the official way to contact the GST Network/GST portal to log and track GST filing issues.
The website facility is available for taxpayers to use instead of sending emails to the GST Network. The grievance redressal portal of the GSTN is interactive and seamless to use. Taxpayers can upload their issues along with screenshots of the pages or windows where they face technical issues for a faster resolution.

GITA - GST Interactive Technical Assistant- AI-powered virtual assistant helps users in a real time with their GST-related queries giving away quick, accurate answers and guidance on GST compliance and filing process.
Report Issue-
The user can type in their issue in the box provided. They can also use advanced search to conveniently look for answers to their queries using the drop-boxes.
Check Status-
Use the option, Check Status, to enter the acknowledgement number and captcha code. It will give you the status of your complaint and resolution progress.
Feedback-
This option allows taxpayers to share any feedback on the functionalities of the GST portal such as GST return filing, matching tools, etc., if they see a scope for improvement.
