After submitting the forms and making the payment of the fees on the MCA website, the company will get an acknowledgement of the filing of the form, i.e. challan copy or receipt.

A company can cancel an approved SRN, including the approved SRN of AOC-4 form, after giving the application for cancellation of approved SRN to the respective ROC where the company’s registered office is situated along with the supporting documents. However, the ROC has the discretionary power to approve or cancel the application. If the ROC approves the cancellation of the approved SRN, the company can file a fresh/revised form by paying the fee.
