You can install the app from the respective app store and do banking transactions at any time from anywhere across the world. 1. How to register for ICICI Mobile Banking services?
Step 1: Visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch with identity proof documents to complete the registration process. You can carry any of the documents:
- Driver’s license
- PAN card
- Employee identity card
- Voter ID card
- Ex-serviceman card
- Senior citizen card
Step 2: Download and install the iMobile app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Step 3: Open the app and select the ‘I already have an account’ option.
Step 4: If you have a referral code, enter it at the designated spot. Otherwise, just click ‘Activate Now’.
Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Once you receive the SMS, it will be automatically read by the app and verification will be done.
Step 6: Upon successful verification, you will be asked to choose the kind of authentication/login method. If you choose the one with a 4-digit PIN, you will be required to set the PIN by entering it twice and click ‘Submit’.
Step 7: Now, refer the back of your ICICI Bank debit card. Enter the numbers printed in the grid against the alphabets mentioned and click ‘Activate’.
Step 8: A pop-up appears stating ‘Activation Done’.
Step 9: You can enable fingerprint login by clicking the ‘Enable Fingerprint’ button. Just place your finger on the fingerprint sensor of your smartphone.
Step 10: Upon successful completion, you will see the following message. This marks the completion of the registration process.

Step 1: Open the iMobile app to see the login screen. Based on the type of authentication process you have chosen during registration, you will see the following screen.
Step 2: Upon successful login with a 4-digit PIN, fingerprint, or internet banking user ID and password, your account dashboard will appear.

Step 1: Log into your account on iMobile app. You will see the account dashboard.
Step 2: Select the ‘Fund Transfer’ option available as the first option under ‘Transact’ tab.
Step 3: Enter the payee name or payee’s mobile number and the amount to be transferred in the respective fields.
Step 4: To add a new payee, click on ‘Add Payee’. Now, select the payee’s bank and enter the account number, name, and other details requested. Click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 5: The details of the payee will be displayed. Verify it and click ‘Submit’.
Step 6: Now, select the payee from the list, and enter the amount and remarks. Choose when to initiate the transfer, i.e. Now or Later. Verify if the payer account is correct and click ‘Proceed’.
Step 7: The transaction details will be displayed in a pop-up window. Check if everything is correct and click on ‘Confirm’.
Step 8: You will see a success message confirming the fund transfer.
