ICICI Net Banking is a customer self-service digital platform that enables users to conveniently access their bank accounts online and manage finances anytime and anywhere. Widely known for its round-the-clock services, the Net Banking portal of ICICI Bank significantly reduces the need for paperwork and minimises physical visits to a bank branch.
ICICI Bank will give the Net Banking User ID in the ‘Welcome Kit’ provided to the customers when they open an account with ICICI Bank. When you have received the User ID in the ‘Welcome Kit’, you do not need to apply to register for Net Banking separately. You can generate a password by entering the User ID and your registered mobile number and activate Net Banking.
However, if you have lost your welcome kit, you can get the User ID to activate ICICI Net Banking by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank branch.
You can also fill out the consolidated application for Internet Banking, Phone Banking and Mobile Banking and submit it to the bank to register for all online channels of the bank. Alternatively, you can download the application from the bank’s official website. After filling it out, you can submit the form directly to a branch representative and get the User ID.

Step 1: Visit the ICICI Net Banking page.
Step 2: Under ‘Login’, click on the ‘New User’ option.
Step 3: Scroll down and click on the ‘I WANT MY USER ID’ option.
Step 4: Provide your bank account and registered mobile number and click ‘Go’.
Step 5: Enter the grid card details available at the backside of your debit card and click on ‘Go’.

Step 7: Enter your new password and click ‘Go’.
