You can check your LIC policy details by using the LIC e-services portal. 

I. For New Users

Below are the steps to check the LIC policy for new users:

Step 1: Go to the LIC website and click the ‘Login to Customer Portal’ option on the homepage.

Step 2: Click the ‘New User’ button on the page. 

Step 3: Enter the policy number, instalment premium, DOB, gender, email, and PAN and click the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 4: Enter the Login and password credentials and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5: A confirmation mail will be sent to your email ID upon successful registration. Click on the URL given in the confirmation mail. 

Step 6: A new page will open. On this page, enter the details of LIC policy, such as date of birth, policy number, premium amount, etc., and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

II. For Registered Users

Below are the steps to check the LIC policy for registered users:

Step 1: Go to the LIC website and click the ‘Login to Customer Portal’ option on the homepage. 

Step 2: Click the ‘Registered User’ button on the page. 

Step 3: Enter your username and password and click the ‘Sign In’ button.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Policy Status’ tab.

Step 5: Click on the policy number you want to check the status from the list the customer has enrolled for.
