PNB Mobile Banking Registration

You must provide your mobile number before registering for the Punjab National Bank mobile banking app. If you still need to register your number, you must update your mobile number through the PNB branch first. When your number has been registered, you should follow the following process:

• Step 1: Open your smartphone and install the PNB ONE app. 
• Step 2: Click on the ‘New User’ option. 
• Step 3: Enter your account number and choose the registration option (mobile banking and internet banking) from the options in the menu bar.
• Step 4: Enter the OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number. 
• Step 5: Select any registration option given: “Register using a Debit Card” or “Register without a Debit Card”. 
• Step 6: To register using the card, enter the card number and PIN.
• Step 7: For no debit card registration, follow the on-screen instructions and put your savings account details and security-asked questions.
• Step 8: Generate a strong password and TPIN. 
• Step 9: The next step is to press on the “Sign in” option.
• Step 10: Generate a strong MPIN and put your user ID. Now, you can log in to PNB ONE using those login details.

PNB Mobile Banking Activation

The process of activating PNB mobile banking is simple. You can follow the brief guide below to accomplish it. 

• Retrieve the PNB ONE app into your device. Enter the application and click on the new users’ option. 
• Type your user ID and the OTP retrieved in your registered mobile number. 
• Develop an MPIN that will enable you to access the account more quickly. 
• Finally, authenticate your account for validation by entering the Aadhaar OTP as needed.

PNB Mobile Banking Password Reset

Through the Forgot Password Option

1. Visit the PNB net banking portal at www.netpnb.com.
2. Select the ‘Retail User’ option and enter the ‘User ID.’
3. Click on “Continue.”
4. Now, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option at the bottom.
5. Enter your User ID & click on Submit.

2. A password will be sent to your mailing address through post.
3. Now, you can set up your desired password.

PNB Mobile Banking Transaction Limit

You can perform transactions up to Rs. 10 lakh through PNB ONE. However, the default limit of PNB ONE is Rs. 2 lakh. You can increase it upto Rs. 10 lakh. 

How to Activate Mobile Banking in PNB?

In general, to activate mobile banking on Punjab National Bank, you can use the following steps: 

1. Mobile Banking App

• You can download the PNB ONE application from the Play Store or App Store.
• Click on the ‘New user’ option inside the application.
• Enter your account number and select the registration type. i.e., in Mobile banking or Both.
• You must enter the OTP received in your registered mobile number.
• Now, you will be asked to enter your debit card number and PIN.
• Create your login password and transaction password.
• You will receive a user ID to log in if the registration is completed successfully.
• So, now sign in with your user ID, create your MPIN and use PNB ONE.

2. For PNB Digital App

• Download the PNB Digital App from the App Store or Google Play.
• Click ‘Sign Up” on the Welcome screen and accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Select the ATM Card Number as the sign-up option and fill in your account details.
• Enter the Online Activation Code sent to your registered email address.
• Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
• Create a User ID and password for the PNB Digital Account.

How to Change Mobile Number in PNB?

1. Visit your nearest bank branch.
2. Submit a request to update your mobile number registered with the bank.
3. After the bank updates the mobile number, you need to reactivate mobile banking with the new number.
4. Open your mobile banking app and select the option to reactivate/register mobile banking.
5. Enter your user ID or account number when prompted.
6. An OTP (Time Password) will be sent to your newly registered mobile number.
7. Enter the OTP received on your new mobile number.
8. Follow any remaining steps to activate mobile banking with your new mobile number.

Your mobile banking is now activated with the updated mobile number. You can start using mobile banking services again with the newly registered number.

1. Visit Nearest Branch
