Place a Request at Corporate Care

Send an email from your registered email ID to corporatecare@icicibank.com mentioning your Corporate ID, user ID, and Account Number. The passwords will be couriered to your updated address within seven working days. Note that your login ID and passwords once delivered physically, would be in the pre-activated mode.

  • Insert ATM Card & after choosing the language, enter the four-digit PIN.
  • Select ‘More Option’.
  • Further, select the option ‘Register your Mobile’.
  • It navigates to the next screen, where you fill in 10 10-digit numbers and re-enter the same.
  • In 2 working days, your mobile will be updated, and you will receive an SMS on the updated mobile number.

  • Fill Letter of Request.
  • After submission and verification, your mobile is linked to your account.
  • You will receive an SMS that the mobile number has been updated after linking the number.

How to Link a Mobile Number with an ICICI Bank Account?

  • Visit the ICICI Internet banking portal and log in to your account using your username and password.
  • Then, go to ‘My Profile’, and on the left side of the screen, click on ‘Update Mobile Number.
  • Next, input your updated 10-digit mobile number in the fields provided and re-enter it.
