State Bank of India (SBI) offers a top-notch mobile banking platform that puts your banking needs at your fingertips. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through everything you need about SBI mobile banking, from login and registration to transaction limits and customer care.

SBI Mobile Banking Apps

SBI offers two primary mobile banking apps: YONO SBI (comprehensive features) and YONO Lite SBI (lighter for basic transactions). Choose the app based on your device and banking needs.

SBI Mobile Banking Registration

If you do not have Internet Banking credentials, you must register for SBI Mobile Banking using the ATM card and the registered mobile number. In the application, click "New User Registration" and follow the instructions by entering your account number, CIF number, details of your ATM card, and any other relevant verification steps.

SBI Mobile Banking Activation

Upon approval of your registration, an activation code shall be received on the mobile by SMS. You send a SMS - <MBSREG> to 9223440000 or 567676. You will get a User ID and default MPIN over SMS. Enter this User ID and MPIN within the SBI mobile banking app to complete the activation process. After that, set your login MPIN, and you are ready to roll with all active features.
