1. How to register for BarodaConnect services?

You must have the bank account passbook, debit/ATM card, and mobile number registered with the bank account. Follow the steps given below to register yourself for the BarodaConnect services: Method 1: For those who have a BOB debit card Step 1: Visit the official Bank of Baroda netbanking page at https://www.bobibanking.com/.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Not Registered (Retail User) Click Here’ option on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Validate’ button to validate yourself.

Step 4: Enter your debit card details such as card number, expiry date, ATM PIN, and captcha before clicking on the ‘Validate’ button.

Step 5: Now, enter the user details such as name, address, registered mobile number, and the type of facility you are looking for. Also, enter the preferred user ID, login password, and transaction password. Step 6: Click on the ‘Next’ button. Step 7: A success message will be displayed with a statement saying ‘Your account details will be available after 24 hours’. Method 2: For those who don’t have a BOB debit card Step 1: Download the application form from the home page of the bank’s official website. Step 2: Submit the duly filled form at your home branch. Step 3: Once the application is processed, you will receive the user ID by post at the address you have specified in the form. Step 4: The password must be collected from the home branch where you submitted the application. Method 3: For those who don’t have a BOB debit card Step 1: Visit your home branch to collect the application form for BOB internet banking. Step 2: Submit the duly filled form at the home branch. Step 3: Once the application is processed, you will receive the user ID by post at the address you have specified in the form. Step 4: The password must be collected from the same branch where you submitted the application.

2. How to log in to BarodaConnect platform?

Step 1: Visit the official Bank of Baroda netbanking page at https://www.bobibanking.com/.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Retail User’ option on the homepage.

Step 3: A pop-up window appears as shown in the image below where you are prompted to enter the user ID.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Enter’ button to get redirected to the next screen where you have to enter the sign-in password. Step 5: Now, click on the ‘Submit’ button to log in to your account.

  • Upon logging in, you can manage all your BOB accounts in a single window. You can access the details of your fixed deposit accounts, loan accounts, and savings bank accounts on a single dashboard.
  • View account summary and transaction history of your BOB accounts.

  • Transfer funds to accounts within the bank and other banks online via NEFT and RTGS.
  • Pay direct and indirect taxes online through the internet banking facility.

5. How to reset the password on BarodaConnect?

Step 1: If you have forgotten your password, you have to download the Forgot Password form online or get it from the nearest branch. Step 2: Fill up the form with relevant details such as the type of password forgotten (login password or transaction password), account number, name, address, contact number, and email address. Step 3: Submit the form at the home branch. Step 4: You will receive a new user ID by post at your communication address. Upon reception, you can get the new password from your home branch.

Q. Are there any charges applicable to access the BarodaConnect services? A. The BarodaConnect services can be accessed free-of-cost without any hidden charges. Q. What are the eligibility criteria to apply for BarodaConnect? A. There are a few eligibility criteria to apply for BarodaConnect:

  • You must have an account with the bank.
  • In the case of a joint account, the instruction on the account must be set to ‘Either or Survivor’ or ‘Any One or Survivor’.
  • You must be any one of the following: Karta of HUF, any one/two/three/all partners, all partners jointly, or any one/two/three Directors.

In addition, there is a list of people who are not eligible to use the services of BarodaConnect:

  • Dormant account holders.
  • Illiterates.
  • Inoperative account holders.
  • Minor account holders.
  • Account holders for accounts that have received garnishee/attachment order.
