HDFC Netbanking Registration

HDFC Bank provides Netbanking registration to all its customers by default. However, if you are not registered for Netbanking, you can do it through the following ways:

Via ATM card

  • Visit the nearest HDFC Bank ATM.
  • Enter your HDFC Bank debit card number and ATM PIN.
  • Select ‘Other Option’ from the main menu.
  • Select ‘Netbanking Registration’ and click ‘Confirm’.
  • Your Netbanking PIN will be couriered to you.

Via Phone banking

  • Call the HDFC PhoneBanking number in your city. 
  • Give your customer ID and Telephone Identification Number (TIN) or debit card number and PIN to the bank agent.
  • The bank’s PhoneBanking agent will take your Netbanking registration request.
  • The IPIN will be couriered to you within five days.

By visiting the Bank branch

  • Visit the HDFC Bank branch and obtain the Netbanking registration form.
  • Fill in the form and submit it to the bank.
  • The IPIN will be couriered to you.

How To Activate HDFC Netbanking?

Once you have registered for HDFC Netbanking and have got the customer ID and IPIN from the bank, follow these steps to activate your HDFC Netbanking:

Step 1: Visit the HDFC Netbanking portal

Step 2: Enter your customer ID and click ‘Continue’.

Step 3: Enter the IPIN received from the bank and click ‘Continue’.

Step 4: Verify your mobile number.

Step 5: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP on the required field.

Step 6: Click on the debit card and enter your details.

Step 7: Create your IPIN/Password to activate your HDFC Netbanking.

HDFC Netbanking Login

Here are the steps to follow for HDFC Netbanking login:

Step 1: Visit the HDFC Netbanking portal

Step 2: Enter your customer ID and click ‘Continue’.

Step 3: Enter your HDFC Netbanking password and log in successfully after confirming the message and secure access image.

HDFC account holders do not need to provide any document for Netbanking. However, they need to have the following details ready:

HDFC Netbanking Fund Transfer Limit

With HDFC Bank, you can get a flexible fund transfer limit between Rs.10,002 to Rs.50,00,000. However, the present transaction limit for all accounts is up to Rs.2,00,000. After HDFC Netbanking registration, your account will get a transfer limit of Rs.50,000 for the subsequent 24 hours. The other transaction limit are as follows:

HDFC Netbanking Login Forgot Password

If you have forgotten the password of your HDFC Netbanking, you can follow these steps to change the password:

Step 1: Visit the HDFC Netbanking portal

Step 2: Enter your customer ID and click ‘Continue’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Forgot Password/ IPIN’.

Step 4: Enter your customer ID and click ‘Continue’.

Step 5: Select any of the two options: a) OTP sent to registered mobile number and email ID, b) OTP sent to registered mobile number and debit card details and click ‘Continue’.

Step 6: Enter the mobile number and click ‘Continue’.

Step 7: Enter the OTP or OTP and card details and click ‘Continue’.

Step 8: Set your new IPIN or password and ‘Confirm’.
