Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Apply Card Online’ tab and click on ‘Apply Credit Card Online’.

How to Apply for PNB Credit Cards Offline?

Step 1: Download the credit card application form from the Punjab National Bank website. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest PNB branch to collect it.

Step 2: Fill in all the information in the form as required.

Step 3: Attach all the necessary documents to the application form.

Step 4: Submit it to the nearest PNB bank branch.

Once the bank has verified your application, you will get your credit card within 21 days.

  • Payment due between Rs. 5,001 to Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 600
  • Payment due of more than Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 750

Over-Limit Charges

2.5% of the over-limit amount (Minimum of Rs. 500 and Rs. 250 for card against FD).

Foreign Currency Transaction Fee 

3.50% of the transaction value

Balance Transfer Processing Fee 

1% of the transfer amount or Rs.199, whichever is higher

Charge Slip Retrieval Fee

Follow these steps to check your PNB credit card balance:

Step 1: Download the personalised mobile application of PNB.

Step 2: Log in to your account with your credentials.

Step 3: Register your PNB credit card by entering your credit card details.

Step 4: Navigate to the ‘Credit Card’ section, and you will see the balance of your card.

Please note that if you are a PNB credit card holder, you can check your credit card balance in several ways, including through Internet banking, SMS, and mobile applications.

PNB Credit Card – Dos And Don'ts

Credit cards are crucial banking products for a customer since these are directly linked to your bank account. Therefore, you need to follow certain dos and don’ts to handle your credit card properly.

  • Memorise the card PIN and make sure to keep on changing it continually.

  • Do not seek help from strangers while operating your credit card.
  • Do not use your credit card for transactions related to lottery or gambling.
  • Do not sign any incomplete charge slip.
  • Do not bend your credit card.
  • Do not surrender your credit card to anyone, not even your family members.
  • Do not leave your credit card details anywhere or in an unprotected area.
  • Do not use your credit card on shared computers.
  • Do not click or open any links or sites other than www.pnbindia.in and www.pnbcard.in to access your online credit card.
