- Your registered phone number.

How to Apply for Voter ID Card in West Bengal Offline?
Follow these steps to obtain your Voter ID card:
- Visit your nearest Electoral Office and request Form 6.

- Enter your login credentials followed by the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number to securely log in.
Step 4: Access e-EPIC Services
- Once logged in, click on the ‘E-EPIC Download’ tab which you can find on the homepage.
Step 5: Choose Identification Method
- Select whether you wish to proceed by entering your ‘EPIC No.’ or ‘Form Reference No.’

- Input either your EPIC number or the reference ID number. Make sure to select 'West Bengal' as the State and then click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 7: Request OTP

How to Update Address in Voter ID in West Bengal Online?
- Log in to the official National Voters Services Portal.
- Navigate to the 'Shifting of Residence/Correction of Entries in Existing Electoral Roll' section on the homepage.
- Click on 'Form 8' to be redirected to a new page; enter required details.
- Choose the option 'Self' and click 'Submit'.
- Select 'Shifting of Residence', then choose either 'Within Assembly Constituency' or 'Outside Assembly Constituency' and click 'Ok'.
- Select your 'State, District, and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency' and click 'Next'.

- Go to your nearest Electoral Office.
- Request and collect Form 8.
- Fill in all the required information on Form 8.

- Wait for your application to be processed and verified.

- Visit the Election Commission of India's website to download 'Form EPIC-002', or collect a physical copy from your nearest Electoral Office.

Step 3: Submit the Form
