Step 1: Visit the homepage of Nadakacheri portal.
Step 2: Click on 'Online Application and select ‘Apply Online’ option.
Step 3: You’ll be redirected to a page where you have to insert your phone number. Enter your mobile number correctly and click on 'Get OTP'. Enter the OTP and click ‘Login’.
Step 4: Click 'New Request' and choose 'Attestation of Family Tree'.
Step 5: You’ll be redirected to a page where you can go through the instructions for applying online. Here click on ‘New Request’, select ‘General Certificates’ and click ‘Family Tree Certificate’.
