Jan Vitran Ann (JVA), also known as Ration Card Management System, is an online application in Bihar developed for the issuance of ration cards to eligible families coming under the National Food Security Act. It is the official online ration card portal in Bihar. The features of this portal include generating new ration cards for beneficiaries, modifying the existing ration cards, and surrendering ration cards.

Jan Vitran Ann application also provides for generating new ration cards when there is a split of family, changes of card type, or change in the head of the family. Step 4: If you're in a rural area, select your block, panchayat, and then your village. If you're in an urban area, select your town and FPS dealer link (the number) to see ration cardholders linked to that dealer.

Step 1: Go to the Jan Vitran Ann portal.

Step 2: Click on the ‘RCMS Report’ section on the homepage.

Step 3: Select the ‘District’ and click ‘Show’.

How to Add and Remove Name from Ration Card in Bihar?
