What is IFHRMS?

IFHRMS stands for Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System. It is a digital platform implemented by the Government of Tamil Nadu to centralise payroll, pension, budgeting, and human resource management for state government departments.

IFHRMS Login

Employees of Tamil Nadu government departments can access their salary and service details by logging in to the IFHRMS portal. 

Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website. 

Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Employee’.

Step 3: Enter your User ID and password.

Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.

IFHRMS Login for Pensioners

Pensioners can log in separately to view pension-related information.

Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website.  

Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Pensioners’.

Step 3: Enter your Pensioner ID/ PPO number and password.

Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.

Employees can download their monthly IFHRMS payslips by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official IFHRMS website and log in to your account. 

Step 2: A dashboard will appear. Click on the ‘All Reports’ option. 

Step 3: Next, click the ‘Payslip’ option.

Step 4: Select the year and month for which you wish to download your salary slip.

Step 5: Click on the link under ‘Type’ column to download the salary slip.

Step 6: An option to download your payslip will appear on the screen.  Click on it to download it in PDF format.

Pensioners can download their pension slips online using the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official IFHRMS website and log in to your account. 

Step 2: A dashboard will appear. Click on the ‘All Reports’ option. 

Step 3: Next, select the ‘Pension Slip’ option.

Step 4: Select the year and month for which you wish to download your pension slip and click ‘Go’.

Step 5: Click on the link under ‘Type’ column to download the pension slip.
