Karuvoolam IFHRMS: How To Login And Download IFHRMS Pay Slip?

In a landmark decision to digitise its financial and human resource management systems, the Tamil Nadu State Government has introduced an online payment portal - the Karuvoolam IFHRMS or the Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System. 

Employees of departments who have access to this portal can easily log in to avail their employment information and download their salary and pension payslips. Continue reading to know how. 

IFHRMS Login

The steps to complete your IFHRMS login are as follows:

• Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website. 
• Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Employee’.
• Step 3: Enter your User ID and password.
• Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.

IFHRMS Login for Pensioners

If you are a pensioner, here are the steps you can follow to log in to your account:

• Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website.  
• Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Pensioners’.
• Step 3: Enter your Pensioner ID/ PPO number and password.
• Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.

Once you are logged in, you can access all the information related to your pension account, including IFHRMS pension slip download and more.  

IFHRMS Pay Slip Download

Follow the below steps to complete the IFHRMS payslip download:

• Step 1: Visit the official IFHRMS website and log in to your account. 
• Step 2: A dashboard will appear. Click on the ‘All Reports’ option. 
• Step 3: Next, click the ‘Payslip’ option.
• Step 4: Select the year and month for which you wish to download your salary slip.
• Step 5: Click on the link under ‘Type’ column to download the salary slip.
• Step 6: An option to download your payslip will appear on the screen.  Click on it to download it in PDF format. 

IFHRMS Pension Slip Download

Follow the below steps to complete the IFHRMS pension slip download:

• Step 1: Visit the official IFHRMS website and log in to your account. 
• Step 2: A dashboard will appear. Click on the ‘All Reports’ option. 
• Step 3: Next, select the ‘Pension Slip’ option.
• Step 4: Select the year and month for which you wish to download your pension slip and click ‘Go’.
• Step 5: Click on the link under ‘Type’ column to download the pension slip.
