Step 1: Send the following SMS to 5607040 or 9264092640 from your registered mobile number - DCPIN<space><cardnumber>.
Step 2: Upon successful verification of your card credentials, the bank will send a 6-digit OTP to your PNB account registered mobile number. This OTP, also known as Green PIN, will remain valid for 72 hours.
Step 3: Activate the PNB ATM card via net banking, mobile app, ATM or customer care number using the 6-digit OTP within 72 hours.

Step 1: Install the PNB One App on your mobile phone and log in to it.
Step 2: Choose ‘Debit Cards’ and then ‘Generate Green PIN’.
Step 3: Select the account linked to your debit card.
Step 4: Enter your PNB debit card number, expiry date, and 6-digit OTP received on your mobile number via SMS.
Step 5: Enter your new 4-digit ATM PIN.
Step 6: Confirm your new PIN by entering it again and click ‘Submit’.
You can activate the PNB debit card via the bank’s toll-free number after receiving the 6-digit OTP by sending an SMS to the bank as provided above. Here are the steps you need to follow for debit card activation:
Step 1: Dial 1800-2021 or 1800-1800 through your mobile phone.
Step 2: Choose your preferred language.
Step 3: Select the option for ‘Debit card-related operations’
Step 4: Select the option to generate or validate OTP.
Step 5: Provide the 16-digit debit card number.
Step 6: Enter a unique 4-digit debit card PIN.
Step 7: Confirm the PIN by entering it again.
Follow the below steps to activate a new PNB ATM card through an ATM after receiving the 6-digit OTP by sending an SMS to the bank as provided above.:
Step 1: Visit your nearest PNB ATM.
Step 2: Insert your PNB debit card into the nearest PNB ATM.
Step 3: Choose the ‘Create/Change PIN (GPIN)’ option and then select ‘OTP Generation/OTP Validation’.
Step 4: Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number and press ‘OK’.
Step 5: Input your desired 4-digit PIN for your PNB ATM/debit card and press ‘OK’.
Step 6: Confirm your new PIN by entering it again and click ‘Submit’.
Your new PNB ATM PIN will be created, and you will see a confirmation message on the ATM screen.
