Step 1: If you are not registered, visit PNB’s net banking portal and click ‘Retail Internet Banking. New User'. Then, register using either your ATM card details or Aadhaar OTP.
Step 2: Log in to PNB’s Internet Banking Services using your user ID and password.
Step 3: After successful login, select ‘Value Added Services’ followed by ‘Emergency Services’ and ‘ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting’.

Step 5: Choose the one you have lost from the list of cards attached to your account. Alternatively, manually enter the card number in the ‘Card Number’ field.
Step 6: Enter your net banking transaction password and confirm the hotlisting of your ATM card.
You need to follow these simple steps to block your PNB ATM card using a mobile banking service:
Step 1: If you are not a registered user, download the PNB One app from the Play Store or App Store. Then, register as a new user using your account number, debit card or Aadhaar details.
Step 2: Open the app and sign in using your credentials (customer ID and mPIN).
Step 3: On the app's homepage, click ‘Debit Card’ and select ‘Hotlist Debit Card’ on the next page.
Step 4: From the drop-down list shown, select your account number, which has your ATM card linked, and continue to the next step.
