HDFC Bank offers an online KYC updation facility for the convenience of its customers. There are two online methods through which you can update your HDFC KYC online:
Step 1: Visit the HDFC Bank’s official net banking portal and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Request’ option.
Step 3: Next, select the ‘Confirm KYC Details’ option.
Step 4: Go through the documents list and click the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 5: Fill out all the KYC details and click ‘Continue’.
Step 6: Upload the scanned copies of relevant documents, enter the captcha code, tick the declaration and click ‘Submit’.
After you submit, the bank takes around 10 days to complete the KYC update process.
Step 1: Log in to your HDFC Bank mobile banking app.
Step 2: Click on ‘Menu’ and select ‘Your Profile’.
Step 3: Select the ‘Personal Profile’ option and select ‘KYC’.
Step 4: Fill out all the KYC details, upload the documents and submit.
Here is how you can update HDFC Bank KYC by physically visiting the bank branch i.e. in an offline mode:
Step 1: Visit the HDFC bank branch where you have an account and obtain the KYC update form, or you can download the form from the bank website.
Step 2: Fill out the form, sign it and attach self-attested copies of your KYC documents.
Step 3: Submit your application along with the attached documents to the bank.
You will receive a confirmation message on your registered phone number upon successful KYC update.
Here is how you can download the HDFC Bank Re-KYC form from HDFC Bank website:
Step 1: Visit the HDFC Bank’s official website.
Step 2: Scroll down to the footer section and click the ‘Form centre’ option under the ‘Resource’ column.
Step 3: On the next page, click on ‘Personal’.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Personal Banking’ option and select the ‘Re-KYC Form for Resident Individuals’ under the head ‘Customer Profile Updation Forms’.
Step 5: The ‘Re-KYC Form for Resident Individuals’ will open in a new tab. Click on the download icon to download the PDF of the form.
