To level up the game of cashless transactions, Google introduced its payment application, Google Pay or GPay. This application comes with various features that make cashless transactions secure, convenient and rewarding.

Step 1: Open Google Pay on your mobile.
Step 2: Tap the profile icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Next, click on ‘Bank Account’.
Step 4: Select the option ‘Add Bank Account’.
Step 5: You will be redirected to a new page. Here, you will find a list of banks; choose your preferred bank.
Step 6: From the list of accounts, select the bank account you want to add.
Step 7: Verify your account by adding the debit card details or Aadhaar number.

Step 1: Install Google Pay on your device.
Step 2: Enter the registered phone number and click ‘Next’ to verify it. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number to complete the verification process.
Step 3: Select the Google Account linked with your Google Pay account at the time of registration. After choosing, you will receive an OTP on your Google Account email ID. Enter the same in the space provided to link it successfully.
Step 4: After completing the verification process, the app will provide you with two security options to ensure safe transactions using Google Pay. You can secure this app with a screen lock or set a security PIN.
Step 5: Once you are done with this app security procedure, you will be redirected to the Google Pay homepage. On the homepage, you can locate the ‘Acctivate Bank Account’ option. Tap on it to re-add your bank account with Google Pay.
Step 6: Your screen will display all those bank accounts which were previously listed with your Google Pay. In case you have only one account linked to this app, the screen will display that account only.
Step 7: In case you have more than one account, you can see the ‘Activate’ option against each bank account. Click ‘Activate’ next to your preferred bank account to re-add it.

Step 9: Finally, on a new screen, you will see that your bank account has been successfully linked. Now, you can resume UPI transactions with Google Pay.

Step 1: Install and open the Google Pay application on your mobile and create an account with your registered mobile number.
Step 2: Tap on your profile in the top right corner of your screen. The menu will appear; click on ‘Bank Accounts’.
Step 3: On the new page, your screen will display all those bank accounts that are linked with Google Pay.
Step 4: Tap on ‘Add Bank Account’ option available below the already linked bank accounts list.
Step 5: On the next page, you must choose your preferred bank from a list of banks that Google Pay displays.
Step 6: After choosing your bank, Google Pay will start a verification procedure. To verify yourself, consider entering your account details such as ‘Account Number’, ‘IFSC Code’ and ‘Branch Name’.
