Step 3: Choose Issue of Replacement EPIC Without Correction, and fill the required details.

Here is a stepwise process you need to follow with due diligence to apply for a duplicate Voter ID card offline. 

Step 1: Visit your nearest electoral office. 

Step 2: Obtain Form 8. You also also download the Form 8 PDF from the NVSP.

Step 3: Fill in the form with the relevant details and attach all the necessary documents. 

Step 4: Submit the form. 

The office representative will verify your documents and process your application process. After successful verification, you will get an intimation to collect your duplicate Voter ID card from the office. 

How to Download Duplicate Voter ID Card? 

Voters can complete duplicate Voter ID card download online in two ways:

I. Download Voter ID Card via NVSP Portal

Step 1: Visit the NVSP.

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘E-EPIC Download’ option and click on it. 

Step 3: Select the ‘EPIC No’ option, enter the Voter ID number and select the state.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Search’ button. The Voter ID details will be displayed on the screen. 

Step 5: Click the ‘Send OTP’ button. Enter the OTP and verify it. Once verified, click the ‘Download e-EPIC’ button to download the pdf of the Voter ID card. 

II. Download Voter ID Card via Voter Helpline App

Step 1: Install the Voter Helpline app from Play Store or App Store.

Step 2: Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Step 3: Open the “Personal Vault” section.

Step 4: View your e-EPIC details.

Step 5: Download the Voter ID card to your device.
