Domestic ATM Withdrawals

  • First five transactions per month (financial + non-financial) at ICICI Bank ATMs are free.
  • After the free limit at ICICI Bank ATM  ₹21 per financial transaction, ₹10.03 per non-financial transaction (incl. GST) is charged.
  • The first three transactions per month are free at non-ICICI ATMs in metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad).
  • At non-ICICI ATMs in non-metro cities, the first five transactions per month are free.
  • After the free limit at non-ICICI ATMs, ₹21 per financial transaction, ₹10.03 per non-financial transaction (incl. GST) is charged.

International ATM Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals at both ICIC and non-ICICI Bank international ATMs are also charged ₹125, plus 3.5% currency conversion fee (excluding GST).

  • Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC): enables customers to pay for purchases in INR or Indian rupees rather than foreign currency, the charges for which depend on the type of transaction and merchant.

ICICI Bank Declined Transaction Charges

ICICI Bank imposes charges for transactions which are declined due to insufficient funds in customers’ accounts. If a transaction is made at any non-ICICI bank ATM or POS (Point of Sale) and it gets declined due to having insufficient balance, a charge of Rs. 25 (+18% GST) will be applicable for every transaction. These charges can be viewed in an account statement labelled as ‘POSDEC CHRGS’.
