To apply for a passport address change online, submit a reissue application through the Passport Seva portal by selecting "Change in Existing Personal Particulars" and booking an appointment at the nearest Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).

Step 1: Visit the official Passport Seva website and log in or register as a new user.

Step 2: Select 'Apply for Fresh Passport/Reissue of Passport' from the dashboard.

Step 3: Choose to fill out the application form online.

Step 4: Select 'Reissue of Passport', choose the service type (Normal or Tatkaal), and select 'Change in Existing Personal Particulars' → 'Address'.

Step 5: Enter the updated address and other required details exactly as mentioned in the supporting address proof.

Step 6: Go to 'View Saved/Submitted Applications', select the application, and click 'Pay and Schedule Appointment'.

Step 7: Complete the online payment and book an appointment at the preferred Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK).

Step 8: Download or print the application receipt containing the Application Reference Number (ARN) and carry it to the appointment.

Note: Applicants with limited internet connectivity can download the Passport Seva e-Form, complete it offline, generate the XML file, upload it to the portal, and then complete the online payment and appointment booking process.
