Step 3: Select ‘Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data’ and choose ‘Individual’.

Step 4: Enter the required details, accept the consent, enter the captcha and click ‘Submit’.

Step 5: Use the Token Number received by email and click ‘Continue with PAN Application Form’.

Step 6: Choose a document submission method:

• e-KYC & e-Sign: Aadhaar authentication is required, and the Aadhaar photo will be used.
• Scanned images through e-Sign: Upload a JPEG photo (3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, maximum 20 KB).
• Physical submission: Print the form, affix two recent colour photographs and send the documents to the address provided by Protean.
