Step 1: Open the PhonePe app.
Step 2: Go to the ‘History’ section available at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Click ‘Help’ (the question mark icon in the top right corner).
Step 4: Scroll down and click ‘Call Us’.
Step 5: Briefly explain that you want to remove the transaction history due to privacy concerns.
Step 6: The PhonePe support team will generally respond within 24 hours. They may ask you to confirm your request and verify certain account details.
Step 7: Once the support team finishes verifying details, they will process your request and delete the history transaction.

You can delete the PhonePe transaction history by deactivating your account. Here are the steps to delete PhonePe history by permanently deactivating your old account:
Step 1: Wait till you have received all pending refunds and closed all issues related to cancelled orders.
Step 2: Use all reward coupons and wallet balances and unlink all of your bank accounts. Then, close your PhonePe wallet with a leftover balance of Rs. 1.
Step 3: Open the PhonePe app and tap on ‘?’ on the home screen.
Step 4: Click on ‘Profile & Payments’ followed by ‘My PhonePe Profile’ and ‘My PhonePe Account Details’.
Step 5: Click on 'Deactivating PhonePe Account' and go through the rest of the instructions given there to deactivate your old account.
Note that PhonePe may retain account and transaction details for some time, after which it will be deleted.
