The domicile certificate MP (Madhya Pradesh) is an official document to show that an individual is a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh state. The domicile certificate in MP is required to get the benefits of several MP government schemes. The village administrative officer, circle officer or revenue inspector issues the domicile certificate in MP.
Eligible applicants can apply for an MP domicile certificate online or offline.
Step 1: Visit the official MP e-District Portal.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Apply for Online Service’ button.
Step 3: Click the ‘View & Apply’ icon against the ‘Domicile Certificate’ option from the displayed list of services.
Step 4: Click on ‘Apply’ under the ‘Application & Fee details’ section.
Step 5: Click on ‘Registration for New Citizens’ button.
Step 6: Enter the required details and click the ‘Click here to verify your mobile no.’ button. Enter the OTP and click to register your account.
Step 7: Click the ‘Login’ button, enter email ID, mobile number or User ID, password and captcha code to log in.
Step 8: Fill out the application form, upload relevant documents and submit the application.
Upon successful application submission, an acknowledgement will be generated along with the registration number, which helps track the application status.
Step 1: Visit the nearest Jan Seva Kendra, Common Services Centers (CSC) or MP Online Kiosk.
Step 2: Get the domicile certificate application form and fill out the application. You can also get the application on the MP Lokseva Guarantee Portal by clicking the ‘View Form’ and then ‘Print’ button.
Step 3: Submit the domicile certificate application along with the required documents and fees to the Jan Seva Kendra, CSC or MP Online Kiosk official person.
An acknowledgement slip with the ‘Registration number’ will be generated upon application submission. Applicants should note the registration number for future reference.
Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate is valid for a lifetime.
The MP revenue department will issue the MP domicile certificate within seven working days.
