Step 2: Click on the ‘Apply Services’ option.

Step 5: Sign in to the Digital Punjab portal or click ‘Don’t have an account? Register Now’ button to create an account and log in.
Step 6: After logging in, fill out the ‘Punjab Residence certificate’ application form, upload documents and ‘Submit’.
Step 7: Applicants will get an application number through which they can track the application status.
Applicants must visit the Tehsildar at the Revenue Department Office and fill out the Punjab ‘Punjab Residence certificate’ application form. They should submit the filled form with documents to the respective authority. They will get an acknowledgement/application number upon submission.
