Step 1: Visit the official UIDAI website.

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘My Aadhaar’ tab and click on ‘Verify Email/Mobile Number’ under ‘Aadhaar Services’.

Step 3: Select 'Verify Email Address', enter your Aadhaar number, email address and CAPTCHA, then click 'Send OTP'.

Step 4: You will receive an OTP on your email. Enter this OTP and click ‘Submit’.

Step 5: Once the verification is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

How to Link Email ID with Aadhaar Offline?

You can also update your Aadhaar email ID by visiting an Aadhaar Seva Kendra.

Step 1: Visit your nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra.

Step 2: Fill out the Aadhaar Enrolment and Update Form and enter the email address you want to register.

Step 3: Submit the form and complete biometric authentication.

Step 4: Pay the standard demographic update fee of ₹50.

Step 5: Collect the acknowledgement slip containing the 28-digit Enrolment ID (EID) for tracking your request.
