How to Link Aadhaar with LPG Gas Connection?

To link your Aadhaar with an LPG gas connection, you must fill out two forms: Form 1 and Form 2 and submit them to your LPG connection provider. Form 1 is the form to link your bank account with Aadhaar for LPG consumers, and Form 2 is the LPG linking form. You can either download these forms online or obtain them by visiting the LPG distributors’ office.

Linking Aadhaar with LPG Online

Aadhaar linking with LPG is not entirely online. You can only download the required forms online and submit them offline. Here are the steps to download forms and link your Aadhaar with LPG:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the LPG connection provider, such as HP, Bharat Gas, Indane, etc.

Step 2: Go to the LPG services option and click on the ‘Join DBTL using Aadhaar’ or ‘Download Forms’ option. 

Step 3: Click on download Form 1 (Back Account-Aadhaar Linkage Application Form For LPG Consumers only) and download Form 2 (LPG Linking Form) and take a print-out of these forms.

Step 4: Fill out Form 1, attach your Aadhaar card, and submit it to the bank where you have an account or the drop-box available at your LPG distributor office to link your Aadhaar number to the bank account for LPG purposes.

Step 5: Fill out Form 2, attach the required documents, and submit them to the LPG distributor office to link your Aadhaar number with your LPG consumer number. 

The officers will verify the details you provided, and after the successful completion of this entire process, your Aadhaar will be successfully linked to your gas connection.

Linking Aadhaar with LPG Offline

You can link your Aadhaar with LPG offline by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit your LPG distributor office and obtain Form 1 and Form 2 or download these forms from the LPG connection provider’s website.

Step 2: Fill out Form 1, attach your Aadhaar card and submit it to the bank where you have an account or the drop-box available at your LPG distributor office to link your Aadhaar number to the bank account for LPG purposes.

Step 3: Fill out Form 2 and submit it to the LPG distributor office to link your Aadhaar number with your LPG consumer number along with the required documents. 

You can also call the customer service number of your LPG provider and request assistance in linking your Aadhaar card with your gas connection. Provide the necessary details and follow the instructions given by the representative to complete the process.

Linking Gas Connection to Aadhaar by Post

You can follow these steps to link your gas connection to your Aadhaar by post:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the LPG connection provider, such as HP, Bharat Gas, Indane, etc.

Step 2: Go to the LPG services option and click on the ‘Join DBTL using Aadhaar’ or ‘Download Forms’ option. 

Step 3: Click on download Form 1 (Back Account-Aadhaar Linkage Application Form For LPG Consumers only) and download Form 2 (LPG Linking Form) and take a print-out of these forms.

Step 5: Once the Aadhaar is linked to the bank account, fill out Form 2 and post it to the designated address of your LPG distributor office along with the required documents.
