The Haryana voter list 2026 can be accessed through the electoral-roll services provided by the Election Commission of India.
Step 1: Visit the 'Download Electoral Roll' page on the Citizen Service Portal.
Step 2: Select Haryana as the state.
Step 3: Select the required district, Assembly Constituency and other electoral-roll details.
Step 4: Select the relevant electoral-roll part and complete the required verification.
Step 5: Click 'Download' to obtain the electoral roll PDF and search for your name or EPIC number.

Step 2: Select 'New Voter Registration' and open Form 6.

Step 5: Review the application and click 'Submit'.
Step 6: Save the acknowledgement or reference number generated after submission.

Step 2: Select 'Shifting of Residence'.
Step 3: Enter your existing voter details and the new residential address.

A replacement Voter ID card (EPIC) can be requested through Form 8 in case of loss, damage or other applicable reasons. The Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana specifically lists replacement of EPIC under Form 8.
